Raif Shehab is a medical doctor by profession yet has always pursued his passion for painting and sculpting. He uses canvas and bronze mediums to represent his artistic vision of the world. In his paintings, nature motifs and human figures come alive in a contemporary fashion using acrylic as well as mixed media.

Between 1993-2010, the artist was a part of several private art studies in Lebanon, France and Austria.

In his bronze sculptures, he emphasizes the human theme through a distinctive modern style. His artwork has been showcased across many countries including Lebanon, the Gulf countries and France. He currently spends his time between Lebanon and France and has been dedicating all his time to painting and sculpting since March 2008.
